Foundation and structure

Envelope

The building envelope is perfectly prepared to maintain user comfort, considerably reducing the energy demand of the home.

Facilities

It should be noted that the facilities form, together with the envelope, a very efficient set that allows for high comfort without the need for excessive energy consumption thanks to the insulation in the walls, floor and ceilings. The home is equipped with AFS/ACS with heat generation through an Aerothermal system.

The air conditioning is carried out with a VRF system, with fan coil-type interior units and hidden ducts in each room, with its own thermostat per unit.
