Construction foreman
We are looking for a professional with experience in surveying, interpreting plans, coordinating teams and subcontractors, organizing work, controlling materials, and providing technical support/supervisory services. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience, 20/60 hours of occupational risk prevention training.
First officer
We are looking for a professional with demonstrable experience in the construction sector as a Level 1 Occupational Risk Prevention Technician (20 hours).
Second officer
We are looking for a professional with demonstrable experience in the construction sector as a Level 2 Occupational Risk Prevention Technician (20 hours).
Specialized laborer
Skilled Laborer Wanted with experience in construction and machinery operation. Requirements: 2-3 years in construction. 20-hour PRL (Occupational Risk Prevention) certification.
Common Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in the construction sector
- 20-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) certification (documentation in order)
- Immediate availability
- Commitment and responsibility in the workplace
- Own vehicle or Class B driving license
- Geographical availability in Mallorca
- Residence in Palma or surrounding areas
We offer:
- Full-time contract (40 hours per week)
